Hey, it's my first post. First of all, I want to tell you the meaning of my blog's URL. ApritottNation are 2 words apritott and nation. Apritott means shredded in Humgarian. Actually, I was finding an unique URL for my blog.
Calum von Moger, personally my favourite is an Australian bodybuilder nicknamed as Aussie Hulk, yeah he has a hulk structured body. He was recently crowned as MR. UNIVERSE. He started bodybuilding at the age of 14, quite early at this age I was busy completing my homework.

Workout
Now, a lot of people will think that how these beast train and gain muscles. In the case of Von moger, there are no such complex gym schedules. If you are familiar with gym this program is ideal. Weeks 1,3 and 5 are odd weeks. These weeks have higher rep range 15-20 to put stress and exhaust your muscle so that your body can recover and gain. Weeks 2,4 and 6 are even weeks with lower rep range 8-12 to increase strength. You can alternate these weeks to gain and train.
Diet
The most common question "What should i eat to grow huge". Eat like a machine. Have small diest after 1-2 hours. Eat more carbs before workout because carbs provide fuel to your body which you burn during training. Eat 0.6-0.8g protein per pound of your body weight. Your body needs proteins to grow and fuel for the training. I'll not go to the detailed components that are involved in muscle building. You only have one life liv it to the fullest.
